Increasing client satisfaction and business results through excellent client service for both new and existing clients;
Completing trades such as buying and selling transactions for investment rebalances;
Developing new leads and a client base;
Following-up on both individual and firm-generated leads;
Carrying out service requests such as creating cash for clients, changing beneficiaries and ownerships, handling client questions and transactions;
Completing internal business tracking logs and verifying transaction accuracy.

EDUCATION: 4-year degree in Accounting or Finance.

1-2 years of experience in the industry;
Proficient in Business and Finance tools;
Product knowledge in REITs, Annuities, Managed Accounts, 529, 401k, etc.;
Previous sales and service experience;
Series 7, and Series 66, or the ability to acquire;
CFP designation is a plus;
Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
