2nd Shift CNC Machining Supervisor

Monitor the maintenance and upkeep on the machines while insuring strict compliance with all federal, state, and local OSHA and EPA regulations.
Ensure that all MRP production schedules and plans are met and within standards.
Ensure that all production support functions coincide with equipment and plant capacity plans.
Provide direction on building and sustaining a team oriented work environment.
EDUCATION: 2-year or 4-year degree required.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Minimum of 5-7 years supervisory experience over CNC operations.
Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and managers at all levels of the organization on a daily basis and will have to direct accountability for coaching, training, and monitoring the daily work activities for production employees.
Prior working knowledge of manufacturing processes, disciplines, and equipment.
Knowledge in programming, setting up, and running CNC Lathes, or CNC Machining Centers.
Prior knowledge of industrial painting and powder coating processes.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
