Duties and Responsibilities
Personal Bankers are expected to exceed challenging sales and referral goals by proactively selling products and services to customers and referring customers to other areas of the bank.
1. Provide retail banking products and services to customers and prospects.
2. Manage customer relationships and cross-sell all products and services.
3. Provide a broad base of financial and credit services with the goals of acquiring 100% of the customers' business.
4. Develops and maintains relationships within Lincoln Savings Bank partners to maximize sales opportunities and achieve minimum sales standards.
5. Uses profiling analysis tools to identify cross sell opportunities.
6. May float to other offices to provide coverage.
7. Will handle cash transactions and perform other service-related tasks.
Necessary Skills and Attributes
1 to 3 years prior banking experience as a Personal Banker
Excellent communcation skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
Salary Range: -Commensurate with experience
Business Unit: BankEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
