Duties and Responsibilities
Assists with the running of one or more branches and is responsible for meeting sales targets and keeping staff fully trained and motived.
Assists with the oversight of all teller related tasks, providing guidance and direction to the teller team to insure strong service and operational performance
Performs essential duties of a Personal Banker.
Provides coverage and Backup as a Customer Service Rep
Motivates and encourages retail staff to keep the branch running smoothly and meeting targets.
Monitors business and individual accounts ensuring regulations and policies are in order maintaining a high level of client service.
Serves as one of the first contacts for client questions.
Promotes and markets the branch and its products
Necessary Skills and Attributes
Excellent customer and personal service skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to prioritize and make decisions regarding client transactions
High school diploma or equivalent required
Three to five years prior bank retail experience required
Prior customer service and sales experience required
Salary Range: -Commensurate with Experience
Business Unit: Bank
Location: Cedar Falls, IA 50613Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
