Directing manufacturing engineering activities involved in the production processes involving metal forming, fabrication and machining;
Overseeing and coordinating any manufacturing engineering projects to improve efficiency in product flow, material handling, and machine productivity;
Effectively communicating with all levels of the organization on a daily basis;
Overseeing, developing and training the manufacturing support staff.
EDUCATION: 4-year degree preferred: Manufacturing, Mechanical or Process Engineering or similar disciplines.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

years of experience in various phases of manufacturing production operations;
Experienced in welding, robotics, assembly, fixture, production support processes and lean manufacturing operations;
Strong technical skills with a working knowledge of manufacturing processes, disciplines, equipment and equipment utilization;
Experience dealing with outside contractors and regulatory agents;
Farming equipment or farm operations experience is a plus;
Excellent interpersonal, communication and people development skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
