Managing the A/P staff and overseeing cash disbursements;
Managing the employee reimbursement for travel (Concur), and electronic employee expense reimbursement system;
Monitoring daily cash balances;
Processing bank transfers, ACH transactions, wire transfer payments, tax reporting;
Creating customized reports and analysis;
Assisting with General Ledger accounts, budgeting and forecasting.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
2
years of accounting work experience;
Supervisory experience including reviews, disciplinary actions, task assigning, employee recognition;
Working knowledge of accounting principles, systems and technology, MS Great Plains, Concur Travel, etc.;
Detail oriented, team oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
