Responsibilities:
Responsible for promoting sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors Responsible for delivering the Best Customer Experience that contributes to the Sales and Profit in your store.
Work with Sales Center Manager in executing corporate and local strategic programs and sales initiatives.
Provide superior customer service to our customers and build relationships with customers and associates.
Keep showroom stocked and orderly.
Maintaining cleanliness of sales floor and back of house areas All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills and Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills Products are commercial and residential HVAC parts and equipment, therefore, experience working with contractors is desired A willingness to learn is a must have Strong attention to detail and accuracy Must be team-oriented Must have High School diploma or equivalent, with minimum of one-year relevant work experience All full-time employees are eligible for the following
