We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to join our team.
As a Public Area Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of public areas within our facility.
This position requires excellent custodial and housekeeping management skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.
Duties:
- Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other common spaces - Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to ensure a clean and sanitary environment - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed - Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other amenities - Perform floor care duties such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when additional supplies are needed - Follow established safety procedures and guidelines while performing duties - Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department Skills:
- Strong knowledge of custodial practices and housekeeping management techniques - Experience with floor care, including carpet cleaning and floor polishing - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members - Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and techniques - Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel setting is preferred If you are a motivated individual with a passion for cleanliness and providing exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for the position of Public Area Attendant.
