Duties - Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient store performance - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues - Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees - Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed - Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets - Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts - Assist in creating work schedules and assigning tasks to employees - Handle cash management, including opening and closing registers, preparing deposits, and reconciling cash drawers - Maintain a clean and organized store environment This position offers opportunities for career growth within our company.
