Between 10am-3pm and/or 4pm-8:
30pm WEDNESDAYS-SUNDAYS Job duties include but are NOT LIMITED to:
Memorize the menu, learning the recipes, preparing & overseeing the quality of the dishes.
Assist chefs and cooks in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and portioning ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
Support kitchen staff during peak hours by expediting orders, restocking supplies, and assisting with food plating.
Follow food safety protocols and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Help with inventory management by receiving and storing deliveries, rotating stock, and monitoring ingredient levels.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.
Perform other duties as assigned by kitchen management.
Must be able to:
Thrive in a fast-paced environment Walk and stand for prolonged amounts of time Clearly communicate guests' needs to, management and kitchen staff Effectively communicate on the telephone Carry trays or supplies (20-50 lbs.
