THIS POSITION IS ON-SITE ONLY, IN GRUNDY CENTER, IA - NO REMOTE WORK Position Purpose:
This position will work closely with the Controller in various accounting responsibilities.
Work closely with Management and Sales to type up needed Quotes, Proformas and maintain the digital filing system.
Will maintain the digital filing system of media and marketing information.
Will maintain the contact information in Outlook.
This critical role works with and communicates with the appropriate resources within the company to ensure the customer and company goals are achieved as it relates to all aspects of our finished product.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements include, but not limited to:
Assist the Controller with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payables, Inventory, payroll.
Must have strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail! Provide Quotes to Customers as needed.
Maintain contacts in Outlook.
MUST BE KNOWLEDGEABLE IN:
Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Acrobat, Adobe and QuickBooks! PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE
