Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all your clients' needs are met and are treated professionally.
Ability to properly engage with all clients, by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs as a client.
Ability to make recommendations for products.
Ability to maintain the minimum sales requirements.
Ability to multi-task.
Juggling product production as clients enter and leave.
Engaging new clients upon their arrival.
Assists with maintaining cleanliness of the Makery including the production and retail areas.
Ability to work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced fun environment, while upholding all company policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements:
Basic computer skills and knowledge.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Must not be sensitive to various scents and fragrances.
Dexterity of hands and fingers.
Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes up to 50lbs.
Ability to walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, twist and stoop, kneel or crouch.
Ability to perform makery cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
SummaryThis position will be based out of the Sioux City, IA Makery, and will report to the Sioux City Makery Manager.
The desired candidate must be able to communicate in all manners effectively in a professional manner and possess good organizational skills including attention to detail and accuracy.
A successful candidate will be able to perform each essential duty at an above satisfactorily level, and handle multiple projects in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Produce handmade, plant-based bath and body care products from a variety of recipes and ingredients.
Efficient and precise operation and strict adherence to material handling procedures.
Ensure product knowledge and production skills in order to achieve quality products and shipment goals.
Collaborate with Manager to schedule accordingly for production goals.
Track and report on production performance, shipments, and timelines.
General cleaning and commissary maintenance.
Ensure and protect brand standards during and throughout the production process.
Quality control all products during production process.
Manage and track stock of raw materials, finished products, and supplies.
Collaborates with team members, vendors and end-users to address and resolve any production needs.
Meet production requirements on or before deadlines.
Completes periodic inventory audits.
Must be able to communicate to management in a professional, concise manner.
Ability to use good judgement in a self-driven environment.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work well under pressure.
Qualifications / Requirements Warm, friendly attitude, and ability to demonstrate personal composure during times of uncertainty and change.
Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments.
Ability to adapt and utilize resources in a fun and fast-paced environment.
