Summary:
The Shop Manager plans, directs and coordinates the operations of the shop and is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of departmental and organizational operations.

Creates, manages, and executes plans to increase sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Assists in monitoring progress towards goals and recording achievements.
Assesses present and future needs, trends, problems, and profit opportunities of the shop Establishes short and long-term operating and financial objectives for the shop within the Company's overall plans and policies Establishes and maintains customer relations between customers and department managers Maintains appropriate communications within and between various departments and functional areas within the dealership Analyzes and manages budgets Builds working relationships with staff to maintain a high level of customer service and support in a positive team-oriented dealership environment Ensures the organizational structure of the shop is efficiently planned and adequately and competently staffed Promotes an encouraging and safe workplace and adheres to Company policies and procedures including compliance with state, federal, OSHA, and DOT regulations Coordinates and approves building and grounds maintenance needs company-wide expectations:

Experience:
