32 an hour The Cedar Falls Recreation Division is seeking Front Desk Staff candidates to work up to 29 hrs/wk, some weekends required.
Duties will include, but not be limited to, overseeing, coordinating, and enforcing facility and usage policies; answering/transferring calls; assisting clientele and responding to requests for information; selling, processing, and maintaining membership records and facility/equipment rentals; processing payments; overseeing facility and grounds maintenance issues and reporting; cleaning fitness equipment and monitoring/reporting proper operation; complete opening and closure procedures; performing computer and data entry processing for registration, payment, and reviewing staff communications for current issues and informing full-time staff of issues.
Qualifications Position requires a high school diploma, or equivalent.
Special Requirements Possession of, or ability to obtain, CPR and First Aid certifications.
