Accounting/Accounts Receivable Analyst opening in Cedar Falls, IA Hours:

00AM - 3:
30pm Salary; 45 - 60K based on experience Postition
Summary:
Looking for a reliable, detailed orientated and highly organized Accounts Receivable Analyst.
This positons has a heavy focus on job cost reportinf funcutons in the ERP System in addition to accounts receivable.
Essential Functions:
Prepare and process customer invoicing for the business.
Set up and maintain customer master records for the business.
Run Job Cost Reports for specific jobs to ensure costs are accurate and in the correct month for Controller.
Update weekly Work in Process in ERP system.
Update weekly Backlog Summary in ERP system.
Process time & material job analysis and invoicing.
Process vendor chargebacks or warranty jobs for the business.
Maintain the filing for specific jobs.
Process monthly intercompany invoicing.
Reconcile and process monthly credit card bills as needed.
Distribute weekly accounts receivable aging report for specific jobs and assist employees with collection of past due invoices.
Distribute weekly invoicing report to the Sales Team.
Distribute incoming mail as needed.
Assist General Manger as needed.
Assist Controller as needed.

Experience on phones and general office duties.
Enter employee timecard hours into the ERP system.
Post customer cash receipts in ERP system.

Receive direct ship packing lists in ERP system.
Process vendor invoices in ERP system.
Update daily paint usage spreadsheet for regulatory compliance.
Education and
Experience:
Associate Degree in Accounting or related field preferred.

years of Accounts Receivable experience required.
Experience with relevant software package is ideal (JobBoss) Proficent in Microsoft Excel.
