The Director of Operations is key part of creating a welcoming and safe environment for anyone to effectively meet Jesus for the first time or take steps in their journey to know Him fully.
We believe our mission is accomplished best in a team culture where everyone involved cares about and supports each other through good times and hard life events.
The specifics of this position include but are not limited to:
Oversight of our Cedar Falls facility to maintain equipment and vehicles in good working order.
Participate fully as a trusted member of the Orchard Hill Staff Team.
Lead our team of custodians to ensure that our facilities are clean and cared for, both inside and outside.
Work closely with our leaders, staff, and volunteers to prepare spaces for effective ministry.
Work with others to provide appropriate security to our buildings.
Work closely with our Administrative Team with the scheduling and approval of reservation events.
Provide a friendly and engaging presence for visitors and church members who are encountered on a day-to-day basis.
Be involved personally in the ministry of Orchard Hill Church as a regular attendee.
This is a full-time position with benefits.
